"When I inquired about living there, the person who helped was a little rude. I was aware it’s not official campus housing and obviously was looking for off-campus housing or else I would not have inquired. Don’t know what actually living here is like, but if that small interaction is any indication of what apartment management is like I don’t think it’s a very good place."

"The Place Is Nice, In A Good Neighborhood Good Schools Around. But Management Is Pretty Racist I've Seen How She Speaks Down On Some Tenants And How She Tries To Make It Impossible For The Mexican, Latin Tenants Living There.. She Makes It Impossible For The Tenants To Get Their Deposit Back And Finds Ways To Keep It By Supposedly Finding Things Wrong With The Property And If She Can't Get Away With It She Makes It To Where You Get The Verry Minnimal Amount Back..."

"I hope my tenant gets approved to this beautiful complex. She has told me many nice things about it, and has been on the wait-list for over two years. Please approve her application. She is a good woman with a master's degree and a great family, but has gone through so much. I can only sub-let my home to her for another 2 weeks. She was in Salvation Army transitional housing and has an excellent reference from the Housing Program director there. Please let this be her next home.Thank you."
