"I am very pleased with management’s super-fast response to my maintenance requests. The repairman came with all the tools and parts to resolve my requests. The biggest item was a broken knob on our dryer. Without my asking, the repairman said “we are going to order a new dryer for you”. In 3 days I had a new dryer. I highly recommend Avoca."

The staff is very professional and is beyond helpful. Lakeisha took the time to help me find a unit based on my requirements/budget. She always takes the time to answer any questions, as well as support with any requests. In addition, James, did a great job of providing me with all necessary information in getting settled into the new place (keys, mailbox, payment setup, etc.). The community is safe (gated) and the amenities are awesome. There are food spots nearby, iron horse trail is a couple min away,and has great freeways access. Overall, great spot!"
