"Had to work in Richmond for a week. This hotel was a convenient location. An old Super 8 that management is actively refurbishing. Bed was a little too firm for me but everything else was alright. No complaints for the price."
"Don't let the location steer you away from this motel. The inside is really nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and outside noise wasn't an issue. The man at the front desk was very helpful and accomplished. I really appreciate his help and, should I be in the location again, I would definitely stay here again."
"Please do not take the positive comments about this hotel too seriously. I had a DISATROUS experience. I am attaching photos to provide evidences for my explanations. Firstly, the fridge was dirty, wouldn't close, and didn't work (no power). Next, the shower was broken, with mold. The bed cover had cigarette burns. There are bedbugs !!!!!! The front door doesn't close properly, and I had to call the hotel to have it opened. I report the issue to the manager when leaving and he just answer "what do you want me to do?" I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel"
"Excellent location and service. The rooms are remodeled from a older motel and have good beds, ac, water etc. The furniture is clean and the facilities well maintained. BART and shopping is very close, within an easy walk. I will stay there again and would recommend to anyone. No valet parking or bell boys but a great place for a family visit or business stay."
"Very clean place, the beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful when I had an issue checking in with my apple card. Best part about this hotel is how close it is to BART and the freeway. The only negative is they give the bare minimum amount of shampoo in little foil packets. I would definitely stay here again!"
