"Recently moved out of Metro 510 and can't say enough good things about this place! It is in a great location in El Cerrito, and in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartments themselves are clean, updated, and well taken care of. One of the best parts of Metro 510 is the property manager Michael and his staff on the grounds. They are always super responsive and helpful, and truly go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience there! Would highly recommend."

We had just moved from a different country and were anxious about how life would be like in the bay area, but owing to the support of the director manager and maintenance team, we were able to have a very smooth transition to our new life in the US. The director and maintenance team are so caring, supportive, responsive, and so much fun to be with! If we were to ever move to the States again, we would definitely choose Metro 510 Apartments as our home!"

"My husband and I recently moved into the Metro510 and we can’t say enough good things about our experience here. It’s a great location in El Cerrito that’s walking distance from a host of shops and restaurants in the El Cerrito Plaza, and just as close to the BART station (which is perfect for my daily commute to San Francisco). We knew right away this was the right place for us when we first toured our apartment with the building manager, Michael. The 1st floor apartment was very clean and spacious, and had a nice patio and stairway leading to a secure and fenced-off “backyard” area shared by all the tenants. Through locked doors on either side, the area connects to the Ohlone Greenway behind the building which is a very safe and convenient walking trail that leads directly to the BART station. We also appreciated how engaging and communicative Michael was (before and during our initial tour of the unit) because that was something we did not experience with some previous apartment tours at other locations. Our move in was a bit hectic and took longer than expected because of our irregular work schedules, but Michael was very understanding and accommodating the whole time. He has always been available to help out and answer questions, and it’s nice to see an apartment manager who is actually helpful and responsive to their tenants. The other building employees have been very nice and friendly as well, always smiling and saying hello when passing us in the hallways, and the same has been true of the other residents who we’ve briefly encountered. Overall, Metro510 feels like a very friendly and safe community and we are very happy with our decision to move here."

"Metro510 was by far my favorite place to live in the Bay Area. It's conveniently located in the El Cerrito plaza, near the grocery store, farmers market, bike path, Bart station, Joann's and more! The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and luxurious. Loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in our unit. The front office staff were great and always ready to help or address our needs. I can only think of great things to say about Metro510!"

"510 Metro apartments are in perfect location having shopping stores, restaurants, Bart Station , parks and schools at close walking distance is amazing. It is a safe community with a family friendly environment. Is perfect for socializing with other families with kids and pets. Having direct access to a bike/walk path is a bonus but, the staff is amazing. Julio, Benny and Michael are a hard working team with an excellent job on maintaining a high standard. Very impressed and satisfied with the spectacular customer service Michael provides. The maintenance crew Julio and Benny always maintaining the building clean and organized. Truly appreciate how helpful, friendly and polite the 510 Metro staff is. THEY ARE THE BEST......"
