CVS Pharmacy

"Hands down one of the absolute worst customer service/patient experiences I've had at a pharmacy, which is saying a LOT since I have to interact with a lot of many pharmacies as a person with chronic illness and sadly most are poorly run. I ordered paxlovid for delivery and received a notification it was delivered, but no package was to be found nor had anyone knocked on our door. I called to rectify the situation and the representative said "oh I packed that and they picked up an hour ago." I repeated several times that I understand it was packed and picked up, but it was not delivered. She said "we're just a third party and you'll have to contact the shipper." I told her that I needed contact information, as none was provided in any of the emails or texts I received. She said she didn't have any. I explained what should have been obvious -- I am very sick with COVID and need this medication, so she either needs to give me contact information for the shipper or offer a different refill. She repeated herself "we are just a third party" and kept telling me to contact "the shipper" but did not provide contact information. I asked to speak with a manager. She repeated herself about contacting the shipper and I again asked for a manager. She put me on hold for several minutes and did not transfer me to a manager, then as we were speaking further about the address on file, she hung up on me. Truly the worst experience I've had."

"Fernando in cosmetics was amazing! A week before my daughter's wedding, my makeup bag was stolen from my car. So what did I do? I substituted what I could from CVS. Fernando, asked if I needed help. I said, "Yes! Please help me match a foundation." He took the time to try a few brands and colors till we found the perfect match! He also, recommended a NYX Dewy Finish Fini Satine that kept me looking fresh all day for photos. On top of that Fernando gave me 4 days of moisturizing samples to hydrate my skin. The Vichy Liftactive H.A. Serum worked wonders! Fernando, if you read this, I will be be back to buy it :)"

"Be prepared to wait! Consistently long line at the pharmacy counter (2 nearby CVS locations just closed due to theft … now all those patients are coming here.) Pharmacy staff are great, but be prepared to wait a while for help."
