"If this had a rating less than one star I would've said that, landlord is a VERY stingy indian man and when he sends people to do walkthroughs at the end of your stay at the apartment to check if you're clean he makes them write in the report that you're dirty so he can deduct some money from the deposit, also the rent is super expensive ($2225) for a tiny one room apartment, the managers hate the landlord because he likes to play games on the tenants and the managers changed 4 times in the span of only 1 year. He doesn't pay the managers but instead gives them an apartment to stay in as a payment, so all of the managers must have 2 jobs to get an income. Even if the landlord promises you to give you the deposit the day you leave he may give you the deposit 21 days after you leave because it says that on the contract. Overall the landlord is a very stingy, disgusting and manipulative person."
