Jaime aka "JD", the property manager, has been outstanding in providing kind and accommodating service. Angela, the assistant property manager, adds a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming attitude to the community. Yuritzi aka Ritzi, an administrative staff, consistently helps the residents with any maintenance or administrative issues we have. Armani (maintenance supervisor )and Jose (maintenance crew member) work diligently to ensure that maintenance requests are promptly and efficiently addressed. The diverse and inclusive atmosphere fostered by this team truly makes Mayfair Station Apartments feel like home. I highly recommend it for an exceptional luxury living experience!"

"Living in the East Bay Area for over 3 years, there are plenty of options when it comes to luxury apartments with amenities and perks; however, during this last move, Mayfair Station stood out from the rest. Let's start with the staff: Angela Urgel is an amazing Assistant Manager and is the person who we originally worked with while evaluating our next home-to-be. To say the least, we were a tad indecisive when selecting our floor plan, or even floor level; however, Angela worked with us in a professional manner, asked us key questions from working norms to lifestyle to find us the best apartment, pointing out where the sun rises to where the sunsets. JD - Jaime Davila is the General/Property Manager and runs a great operation. You can always find him with a warm greeting and available when needed. He checks in from time to time to ensure your living experience is up-to-par or if any maintenance needs attention. Lastly, you can always find the Maintenance Staff keeping the place well maintained and clean. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and hard working. Ultimately, Angela, JD, and The Mayfair Team made us feel at home before we even signed which is why we selected the Mayfair Station. It's about living on a property with people who care about the occupants within their community."

"We just moved in earlier this week. Yuritzi was very helpful, without her, we couldn’t get it done. We moved from SoCal so it was more difficult to find and view the properties up here. She was really responsive, friendly, and patient with our situation, and throughout the application process. We highly recommend Mayfair station. JD was also really helpful and informative with the check in process since Yuritzi had the day off when we were picking up the keys. Everything went smoothly. Angela was also friendly and they all love our dog. It felt very welcoming. We are excited to see more of the apartment complex."

"I am a new resident here at the Mayfair Station and I am so happy to call this place my home! Everyone in the office is extremely professional and friendly. A big thank you to Yuritzi, Angela, and JD. Yuritzi walked me through the process of becoming a resident along with answering all of my questions. They even allowed me to finish the whole sign up process at their desk incase I had any questions or needed help with filling out the paper work online. JD who is the office manager handed me my keys on my move in day and gave me all the information I needed for apps necessary for the luxury aspects of the building in a very cute complimentary backpack. You can always spot him walking around the building with a smile on his face. Angela was excellent at following up with me about making sure I was signed up for all the necessary apps and the residential portals. She is very, kind, professional, and knowledge."
