"It was priced great for what I received. I stayed here 17 years ago and it was clean then and it's clean now. I stayed here for work and I will stay here again if I get to work in the area again. It's very well maintained for the age. I do wish there was better parking, but I didn't have to worry about being here. But I do stay aware of my surroundings. It's only 6 miles from the chevron refinery and that was awesome!!!"

"Price usual for motels in Oakland Nice people. Helpful. Don't rush you out of room I have stayed until 12 a couple of times! Rooms are nice. Clean."

"It's a cool little place that offers microwave's and mini refrigerators in every room plus there is plenty of space a big bed plus a closet, as well as a laundry room, not many places offer it's also fairly priced $100 flat no tax or anything. It's a cool little walk to the nearest stores but there is a safeway by as well."

"Staff is nice and patient. Also day manager has a great sense of humor. He says all his clients belong in a mental hospital and he's going to start committing everyone one at a time or open his hotel as a mental hospital instead of a hotel, lol."

But other than that...For being a motel, I was very satisfied the staff was very nice, they had the best economic price around, and the place is nice and clean! It's very simple but cute and considering the fact that is a motel my family and I were truly surprised it was way better than expected:) and the owner manager whatever he is is rude and you can't understand what he says:/"
