"The maintenance team here is fantastic, but that is the only good thing about living here. I lived here for one year and it was the worst rental experience of my life. First, the management team changes every couple of months and there is no consistent person working at the front desk, which means no one knows what is happening in the community. Not only that, but the people who work here are very rude to residents and truly do not care about improving the resident experience. I felt so unsafe living here, with my car getting broken into and finding homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. The emergency patrol that you pay for does not answer nor will they return your calls. The elevator is frequently broken. I have received the most unkind emails from the staff here, especially Gabby. They do not take noise complaints seriously nor do they care about resident safety. The team that manages this property is so incompetent they often don't respond to emails. When moving out, they also charge you for a professional cleaning fee even though it is not in the lease and even if the apartment is clean. Please save your time and money and do not live here, the team that manages this property is truly horrible."

"I went on a tour of Del Norte apartments with Thomas Gocher the property manager. He was dressed appropriately and was very professional. He gave me a thorough tour of apartments available. Although I felt like the apartments are in need of some updates I was very impressed with Tom. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable at his job. It was a pleasurable experience."
