"I recently moved from Civic Plaza Apartments after 12 years. I left to relocate closer to family. I had a good experience calling Civic Plaza my home for so long. Tenants were quiet for the most part and friendly. The office staff was always helpful and courteous. The grounds were always well maintained. I have to give my highest praise to the office staff and the maintenance employees especially Manuel. They always responded quickly to any problems big or small. They were always friendly and respectful and always did a wonderful job. I really appreciated the job they did everyday. I will miss that the most."

"NOT EVEN 1 STAR! The Manager Deborah is SO RUDE FOR NO REASON! Do not call the "Office" phone number on Sundays because she won't even both talking to a very qualified potential renter unless you have a maintenance emergency (highly unlikely lol). Hey Deborah, how about you get a maintenance emergency phone number?? Or even better, say you are closed on Sundays on your site."
