"I ordered a pizza sub though the app for pickup with typical pizza toppings: onions, green peppers, black olives, jalapeños, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese (I have the receipt to prove it). When I got home and opened my sub there was, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on my pizza sub. Gross."
"Tried to go here tonight and there's a sign on the door saying they don't accept coupons. I went inside to see what was up with it and there's a sign on the counter saying Subway doesn't reimburse them for the costs of the coupons so they won't take them anymore. That's just pure greed. Franchise owner isn't making enough money, huh? No one goes to Subway for a 10-15 dollar sub, they just aren't high quality enough for that. If I go to Subway it's for a good deal on an "okay" sub. They're way overpriced at full menu price. I have no idea who would continue to go here rather than another location. I hope the franchise owner finds out the hard way how stupid this is. I personally would never return to this location if they continue to not accept coupons. Go to Jimmy John's instead, the quality is way better!"
"I don't like how the same two workers (who usually work around 12pm) have an attitude towards the customer. I have gone on three separate occasions to do a test I went on Monday, Wednesday, and today and yet they still had the attitude of please kill me I want to leave. Not to meantion the burnt my meatballs for my sub. So I will not be returning to this subway ever."
