"Horrible service. I had a doordash pickup here and no one helped me despite all of them looking and asking each other what I was there for. Also saw a worker pickup something up off the floor WITH THEIR GLOVES ON and then went back to making a sandwich without changing the gloves that just touched the nasty floor. do better Potbelly seriously. Big ick for real that’s disgusting, and very unsanitary. Makes you think how many times this has happened before."
"Great team of people. The manager is fantastic. Friendly, polite, and helpful EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I love the Mediterranean sub and they recommended the powerhouse salad…. My new favorite salad! Thanks for making my lunch time quick, easy, and enjoyable!"
"Friendly staff and quick service. Clean facility overall. Sandwiches were excellent. We love Potbelly. Kid friendly and patio area outside as well as a drive through. A tad bit more expensive than other sandwich shops but worth the money. Highly recommend."
"Ordered the prime rib sandwich and the Mediterranean chicken sandwich both sandwiches were good excellent service. The cookies were great could have had a fuller sandwich menu but seem like they would made to order whatever I wanted. Nice quiet lunch atmosphere we enjoyed the interior."
