"We checked in online and by the time we had left the mall and made our way over we were ready to be seated so even though the place was packed we didn't have to wait. Highly recommend checking in online before you arrive. The food was great. Definitely prefer the steak over the burgers but the burger was still above average. The loaded sweet potato was delicious! Drinks are decently priced and great! The staff was friendly and checked in often. Great experience!"
"WONDERFUL customer service! Food was fast table took long to clean but the customer service made up for it. The manager approached us since it was our first time there in that location. She was amazing and so was our waitress. I was so grateful for the care and service they gave my family and I. Thank you! ☺️ keep up the great work"
"It’s always a good sign when the manager is asking customers how their meal is and is interacting with the customers. This was our first time at Texas Roadhouse and it was a very nice experience. I got the fish and chips with a salad and a sweet tea. My friend ordered the pork chop. He enjoyed it quite a lot. The bread was so soft and the cinnamon butter was stellar. Great place with cute southern atmosphere."
"Being from Texas I love this place. The atmosphere is relaxing with great decor. I had Chicken Fried Steak with white gravy. It’s fried to perfection . It was just as good as it was in Texas. Hot fresh dinner rolls are great and served with their special butter . The salad was a side dish and delicious. Portions are large my husband and I always share a dish. The manager checked tables to ensure everything was okay. Friendly staff and clean. Highly recommend anything on the menu!"
