"Food was good, very typical of Panera. Atmosphere-they give you the buzzer to go off when your food is ready, however they also scream your name very loudly as well. I've always thought of Panera as a quiet little place to grab a bite and chill out, but the name screaming was definitely a put off."

"A few months ago I showed up five minutes early today to get an order. The girl with the hoop in her nose told me they won't make it for another twenty minutes. She was very snotty about it. It was soup and a baguette only. Why not make it right away since you were just standing there doing nothing for five minutes. Out of all the Panera breads I've visited, never had this problem. Today I show up, they push all pick up and delivery orders last. I watched seven other people order food and get their food before I receive my order that was placed ten minutes before everybody else's. I could see them skipping. Why would you skip to simple cold sandwiches? I'm done going to this location. Time is money and you wasted my time. Update: Went to this location twice in a week. Customer service is amazing and my order is done before I get there. Everything is great when the lady with the hoop in her nose isn't working. Update: this location is drastically improving. The employee with the nose ring is more pleasant. Five stars now."
"Food is always delicious from Panera but if you go to this one make sure to check your bags and make sure you have everything. I have not gotten any bakery items in my last 3 orders. They are always accommodating but you expect to get all of the things you paid for."
"The sandwiches and pizza were delicious. The soup was disappointing. Paid almost $6 for a bowl of just chicken broth. Drained out all the broth just to prove a point."
