"I recently went in to discuss a concern with the tires I had placed on my car. The experience was maddening. The guy at the counter was curt and abrupt, telling me to pull my car around back without even looking at my paperwork first. This whole hassle could’ve avoided if you would’ve taken two minutes to look at my paperwork with me. Now mind you they’ve closed the side door that lets you go from outside from the service station desk at the tire department no longer are you able to do that. So I go outside and pull my car around. The garage door is opened and I put 1 foot in the garage to go talk to the man there because it’s so cold and windy only to get yelled at to get out because I can’t be in there for safety reasons. Immediately the guy is defensive saying there can’t be anything wrong with the tires. Not letting me get a word in mind you it’s super cold and windy and we’re trying to look at paperwork and talk around my car. I finally ask him if he speaks to men the same way he was speaking to me and he got defensive. A manager came up and said they would help me but again I had to now drive around the building and go back in the main entrance to go back yet again to the service desk to get an appt scheduled. Because again, they shut that door for customers. Called back today to cancel the appointment -I realized my mistake when looking at the paperwork closer and if it isn’t a warranty issue, I don’t want to deal with Sam’s anymore. I will go local and private for new tires moving forward. - couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone in nine tries. I had to call pharmacy and they will get a message to that auto department to cancel my appointment since nobody will answer the phone at the main extension and when you pick the option for auto you get transferred to a corporate number. Sam’s has really gone downhill and I will likely not be renewing my membership when it expires because the big draw was the auto department for me."
