"Fabulous home. Spotless and all amenities included. We had a great time playing ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Nice hiking path and many wild turkeys. Great outdoor space and plenty of internal room for all. Fall decorations were a nice added touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Great island and 2 large dining tables. You can't go wrong with this one. We have been renting homes for over 15 years and this was by far the best. Great for family, friends or meeting space. Owners are great to work with!"

"Absolutely fabulous! All you could ask for and more! We had a family ages 5 through 70 and everyone loved it! There is so much room...8 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and an unbelievable lower level with a fabulous bar, pool table, ping-pong, air hockey and on and on! Sue and Bill are most accommodating! We highly recommend "Eagle's Nest." We would love to go Back!"

"My family and I had a fantastic time at Bill and Sue's retreat house in Galena, IL. The Eagle's Nest is a perfect destination for a family reunion or executive retreat. The space is amazing. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The bathroom design is well done. We had family dinners both nights and the kitchen was perfectly equipped to accommodate our large group. The seating options were great for our varied age groups. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and volley ball court. Spring is a lovely time to visit. The golf, horseback riding and hiking was wonderful. There is an activity for all age groups. We will definitely be back for future stays at the Eagle's Nest. Thank you Bill and Sue."
