"Newly remodeled rooms were very nice! The mattress on King bed was a little too firm for me, but the pillows were nice. Can I say how nice it was to have. Table with phone plugs on each side?! Fantastic. Pool and hot tub area were clean, breakfast was pleasant. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, and bread stuff. Check in/out were easy peasy."
"My daughters and I took an overnight trip to galena and the hotel was perfect! Newly remodeled with the sweetest staff and comfy rooms. Our new favorite spot. We will be back ❤️"
"We went for a weekend getaway and the hotel itself is lovely, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was okay and service was good. The kids running around is our biggest complaint. They have a nice pool area, but a family with 5 or 6 screaming kids took up the majority of the space and we didn’t spent more than 20 minutes in there. During breakfast, another family with 3 kids allowed their children to run and scream from the lobby back into the breakfast area. We were hoping because it’s a spa resort and for the price, there would be minimal families and more couples on weekend retreats. Would love to come back and enjoy this place but with all the screaming children we probably won’t."
"We've been staying at this Ramada for the past 8ish years and it was nice before and now its BEAUTIFUL! They've done a lot of really great upgrades. The hot tub is always clean and working. They have fresh coffee available for free all day/night. They've added a small bar that serves drinks/food and the bartender, Chet, is fantastic!!!! Super fun to talk to and makes a wicked Wisconsin Old Fashioned. They've added a small room with some slot machines which makes it fun when you really don't feel like leaving the hotel. We will definitely keep staying as long as they don't jack up their prices too high...."
"Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and great service! Front desk offered me a room upgrade since I’m a diamond member - this rarely happens! I usually have to ask. Pool is larger than most. Lobby is huge and has a comfortable walk in bar. Galena is a stunning and beautiful place to visit!"
