"Spent the night at Eagle Ridge Resort this past Saturday. I was extremely pleased with my stay at the resort. I booked a teacher rate room and was surprised when I was placed in a courtyard room with a balcony over looking the lake. I was thinking I would not get as nice of a room because of the cheaper rate. All the employees at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Jack at the Woodlands restaurant was great. I needed some ice and he supplied me with a big bag of ice. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The bar tender Andrea at the Woodlands lounge poured great drinks and we enjoyed her conversation. Finally, there was Lee who was our waiter for dinner. Lee made some great suggestions from the menu and dinner was excellent. Overall we had a great experience at Eagle Ridge and look forward to coming back."
"I feel like the odd man out with some of these reviews. I booked the wrong hotel for what I was looking for, but if you ask for something, they'll probably accommodate you and be friendly about it. Hit up Andrea in the Woodlands Lounge if you can. She made the visit way better and made me seem less out-of-the-ordinary, plus had some local recommendations. The entire staff was really cool, and take advantage of the free shuttle if you can, because the driver we had was awesome and the roads are a pain."
"Had a prime rib buffet that was awesome! Rooms are nice, the area is absolutely beautiful! Went for a 3 day golf trip and had a ton of fun! Very close to downtown and the resort provided a shuttle to go downtown if you didnt want to drive. Golf courses are amazing and well kept! Loved it! Definitely going back next year!"
"We rented a home to use for our annual retreat for my leadership team. The rooms are fantastic and the staff is super helpful. We had all the amenities one could ask for in a hotel, plus the privacy to enjoy the beauty of nature. We had an amazing retreat and we will definitely use the large home for our annual retreat again."
