"My husband and I stayed here for longer weekend to get out of the city for a bit. The home was absolutely beautiful and very old, which added so much charm to it. The owner was so sweet, well-informed, and courteous to all of her guests. Also, if you feel like a bit of a walk uphill, it's probably a 15 minute walk from the main part of Galena. I will absolutely be staying in for our next visit to Galena."
"Galena Inn was the most relaxing weekend getaway for my two friends and I! The room was immaculately clean and well preserved/restored in its time period. Breakfast was DIVINE. I scraped my plate clean both days. And there's plenty of food options. Kerrie is so welcoming and friendly! We cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!! "We had a wonderful stay at the Galena Inn. They were very accommodating especially since we made very last minute reservations. The breakfast was full service, filling and delicious! "We came up to Galena with friends…arrived on Saturday. We had a wonderful time exploring the city on Saturday and Sunday. The Galena Inn was a wonderful place to stay! It was immaculately clean and Kerree, the owner, made people feel welcome. My husband and I had never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast…we will certainly be back! Kerree gave us some history of the mansion and town at Breakfast…very interesting. Thank you for your hospitality!"
"We LOVED LOVED LOVED The Galena Inn! We stayed in the Lincoln Suite and it was like going back in time! This old Victorian home was exactly the kind of experience we wanted when staying in Galena. You could imagine what it was like to live there in the 1800s with the comforts of a beautiful bed and updated bathroom! Kerrie was a fantastic host serving us breakfast in the dining room and providing intriguing history of days gone by. We will absolutely stay here again!!!"
