"Nathan made us feel very welcome and he gave us good indications on what to do in the city! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had gluten free options and it was delicious. The location is perfect, as it’s right in the beginning of downtown area with the advantage of not having to use the car or stairs to go up and down to go for attractions or dinner."
"Just came back from Hotel Galena this past weekend. We stayed in Room #1 on the third floor. I will say it was different having the bathroom across the hall from our room, but it proved to be not an issue at all. The room was very nicely redecorated and VERY clean. My wife has very bad allergies to dust and dander and she did not have any issues at all! Nate was a very gracious host and very informative, and told us all about the hotel and how he just took it over last year in April. The breakfast is very simple, there were some fresh muffins, instant oatmeal, and even fresh biscuits with hot gravy. Toast and English muffins were in the original wrappers which I saw some folks complain about, and the same with milk and juice. This did not bother us at all. The location is just outside of the entrance to main street and while it is walkable, we chose to drive. All in all we would stay again."
"My husband and I wanted a weekend away for our anniversary. This was the perfect spot! Located right off downtown, everything was walkable. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was amazing, they even included products from local shops which we loved. They even left us flowers and a card for our anniversary. Wonderful crew and can't wait to come back!"
"I love everything about the hotel. The rooms and toilets are clean and well maintained. Front desk is super helpful and what impressed me is the continental breakfast that comes with the set. You can the effort in preparing a good selection of breakfast spread with quality ingredients. It is very cozy and we love it so much."
"This was the cutest hotel I have ever stayed at! It was absolutely adorable. The fireplace was great. The loft was nice and the bathroom was huge. You can tell that Nate, the owner, really cares about the building and all the people staying there. He was very friendly and gave recommendations. He even had a binder in the room filled with things to do and places to eat. It was also within walking distance to EVERYTHING which was great. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to."
