"In town one day. Nice place to stay. Furniture in room outdated and worn. Room, jacuzzi, and shower clean. Beds clean and comfy. Breakfast was ok! Few hot items few cold. Checking in was quick and checkout quick. Front desk helpful and friendly"
"We stayed here for our anniversary the weekend of 9/27/23. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both were less than wonderful. Bugs in the rooms, hot tub didn't drain in either room, fireplace didn't work, the pool was dirty and the hot tub by the pool was not working and was a yellowish green color. Disgusting all around to say the least. To top it all off when we complained (twice after each room) management was to reach out to us and never did even after we called the corporate office. Would never recommend nor go back there. Ever. To add to it the generic response you get on here to all the complaints is just plain sad."
"Room was clean, bed was bouncy, we had the room that looked like a log cabin. Room was fine, location was great, just a few minutes drive and you had access to Galena and all her treasures."

Another home away from home has the sweetest and most beautiful front desk personnel. Right above the Heart of Galena!! Next to an amazing park, Gateway, and much more... Christmas town"
"The rooms were okay. We stayed in 2 different ones. The first was on the street side. The traffic was loud. The tub took a while to drain. The second room was on the other side. It was quiet and faced a forest. Both rooms could have been cleaner, but they weren't terrible. I called to have maid service one day and all we got were extra towels. The walls were thin so you could hear everything else. The second room had a nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a jetted tub. Breakfast was good with several options. All of the employees that we dealt with were helpful and friendly."
