"Who you stayed here for three nights. We were in Oreos hideaway. We had a marvelous time. This is really a nice place, with lots of room, all the right amenities, and close to downtown. We were able to walk down town in about 5 minutes (cross the street and take the side walk past the library, it is a nicer walk). And it was also a nice walk. Lots of things to do and see here in the Galena area, and it's nice to have a comfortable place to crash afterwards. Be prepared, if you have wheels, or mobility issues, there's lots of steps leading up to the room, and there's lots of steps and steep slopes everywhere in Galena. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in the area."

"My wife and I just spent our tenth anniversary in Galena and stayed at Abe's Spring Street Guest House. The room was nice, and the sculpture and tiles within made by the hosts were beautiful. The food and company of the hosts and other guests for breakfast the next morning really started our day off right. The hosts' gallery next door is also a must see, for any lover of art. When we return to Galena we will be back to this bed and breakfast."
