"I love the location of the building and the apartment complex is beautiful. Gym and amenities are great. However, the location of my apartment is right above the parking garage entrance and to keep my apartment warm in the winter costs more than my parents house heating bill. I have to keep it on 65 degrees to have a bill less than $200 a month. Frustrated in this sense because this is totally out of my control and my room is one of only ones affected by this yet Railyard continues to do nothing about it and then increased my rent 27% year over year. I’ve had Duke come out and maintenance to ensure that this is the problem and everyone agreed. If anything I think this should have been disclosed that my room pays almost double than the other apartments to heat or would have been appreciated what taken into consideration of the rent increase."

The apartment is gorgeous, common areas more than you could ask for, and the people and staff are great. 10/10 would do it again!"
"We have lived at The Railyard since it opened in Feb 2020 and we love everything about it. Obviously, the location is stellar in thriving MidTown Carmel. Nearly everything is within walking distance. The apartment complex amenities are outstanding, especially the fitness center, community rooms, coffee bar, courtyard with grills and fire pits and of course, the awesome pool. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Super dog friendly and so many floor plans to choose from."
"We moved into the Railyard end of April and have had a fabulous experience so far. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. We can't wait to use the courtyard, game center, coffee shop and pool! The staff had been very responsive and helpful during a time when moving into a new place is a bit challenging. Being downtown and on the Monon is also a huge plus. Walk and bike everywhere!"
