"I took a tour of these apartments and thought they were perfect! It’s conveniently located next to Monon to get to downtown Carmel, which is a major pro, especially for all the fun things in the summer. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the coffee shop and bakery are a great addition to the apartment life. The amenities it has to offer are great too, and the gym is definitely the nicest one I have seen by far."

"I’ve lived here for over a month now. I use this apartment only a few nights a week when I’m in town for work. The architecture is beautiful. The finishes are beautiful too. However, there are a few things to be mindful of if you plan to move here. First, the toilets are incredibly low (almost uncomfortably low). Second, while energy efficient, the continuous fans in the bathrooms are quite annoying. Third, the traffic from US31 is very loud. It does not bother me, but it does seem there would have been more intentional sound proofing given the location/price. Fourth, when I moved in we had a beautiful washer/dryer set with all the bells and whistles which matched the modern design of the apartment, and then suddenly we were told they would be switched out for more “energy efficient” sets. The new sets appeared to be used and definitely not as luxe. All in all, since this is a second home for me, only used for work purposes, it suffices. The best thing about the top floor end units is the natural light. The windows are FANTASTIC. If you’re looking for a modern and new look and feel, definitely give it go. Just keep those other factors in mind. :) UPDATE: I forgot to mention my neighbors are the best! I’ve met some great people, and we all look out for one another."
