The Residences at Carmel City Center

"It’s now over 6 years living here at The Residences and we are still extremely pleased. Everything we said back in 2022, we continue to say. It has been enjoyable to see the growth of City Center and the surrounding area. The Monon has grown more beautiful with improvements that makes our walking even more pleasurable. Activities abound, all year around. Plenty to see and do. The way The Residences are described on the website is accurate. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful, ready to assist. Our amenities center is fantastic! There's a large room for parties and gatherings, a golf simulator room, a big screen theater room for movies and sports, a conference room, and workout room. If you’re looking to make a change, we highly recommend The Residences at Carmel City Center. Best in Carmel! 2022 We have lived here at the Residences at Carmel City Center for 4 years. They are the place to be! We are close to everything, Carmel. A short 10 minute walk on the Monon, stopping at Midtown and then on to downtown, Main Street. There's access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities. We have the Arts with the Palladium and Civic Theater. Social activities in open concerts, holiday celebrations, marathons, and more. The staff here at the Residences are by far the best. They're always pleasant and helpful, ready to assist. That's why we plan to renew our lease for another 2 years. There is absolutely no better place to live."

"We recently moved into the Residences at Carmel City Center, and we are enjoying the property, immensely. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and they are very responsive to any inquiries we may have. The location is incredibly convenient and centrally located, granting easy access to all kinds of restaurants, events and experiences. The apartments are clean, well-designed and quiet, and our fellow residents have been very nice and welcoming."

"Quality apartments and friendly staff I've lived in The Residences Wyatt building for over 4 years now and the apartment is great. Stainless steel appliances, spacious bathtub, and I can count on one hand the number of times I've heard my neighbors. My only minor complaints are that the kitchen is a bit small and parking can be difficult to find during events, but I knew that going into the unit. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with any problems. I've lived in apartments in the past where it felt like staff was almost hostile toward any resident, but I've always felt welcome here. Highly recommend"

"My wife Michella, and I, are very happy at The Residences. Every staff member has treated us kindly and with fairness. We have always been fond of Mollie and Julia. Angela and Sheila always make an effort to talk to us. Sheila is particularly good at remembering small details about people. The maintenance staff is also friendly and I am amazed how much they keep up with. Josh is a straight shooter and we like that about him. He is honest and helps us often with things we don’t know how to fix on our own. We are happy to be here and you would be, too!"
