"Their's always a gift in every bad situation. I was supposed to move in on September 7th, 2023, but unfortunately, things didn't go according to plan. I was told that a maintenance tech was on vacation & was now getting back to work that weekend. I was disappointed & frustrated on the edge of being homeless, but I remember that I came along way and Jesus has my back at all times. I just gave him my problems and worries, so unfortunately , I was told to wait a few more days. So September 15th was my move in date & i found somethings that were not taken care of. I understand that it was a whole new property management, and things will happen, but at the end, tell yourselves that something good is going to come out of whatever situation you are going through. You just got to be strong enough to look for the blessing in your trials. This was my trial & TAKE PICTURES right before you move in anywhere. Check everything including the vents/water heater tank/showers etc."

"Living at Mezz 42 has been fantastic. Everything in the apartment is high quality. The counter tops, fixtures, appliances, lighting, it's all well chosen and stylish. You can exit the building right onto the Monon Trail, and from there it's a short walk or bike ride to the Arts District, or really anywhere else you want to go. The neighbors are friendly, the maintenance is quick, and the management is helpful and responsive. Everything you'd hope for in apartment living. My wife and I plan on staying for a long time."

"Gorgeous Apartments! Materials are great, fixtures are far better than most other apartments I've seen. The layouts are efficient and allow for great customization. The staff is friendly, quick to respond, and always ready to help. The location is also unbeatable. If you're inclined to walk places, the buildings spill out right on the Monon Trail, which allows one to reach many popular destinations in Carmel. It's also quieter around here, despite being near two huge centers of entertainment. Yes, there aren't many amenities, but I actually prefer that. It's apparent they invested more in the apartments themselves, which to me is truly what matters in one's living space. Highly recommended for mature professionals."

"Mezz 42 is an immaculate and professionally managed apartment community in the heart of Carmel. The location is awesome, right on the Monon and well within walking distance to restaurants, retail, etc. As a resident, I enjoy very convenient access to US 31 and Keystone Parkway. Mezz is clearly committed to offering luxury living at an affordable price. The apartments are impressive in the finishes selected and layout. Also a plus, my utility bills throughout the winter and summer have been well within reason, especially compared to the other apartment communities I have lived in. It gets quiet at night, so you can sleep peacefully without interruption. Perhaps the greatest selling point of Mezz 42 is Nathan Hammerstein, who manages the apartment community. From constructing a fair and practical lease duration, to taking ownership, to impeccable responsiveness and customer service, Nathan’s professionalism and business acumen far exceeds the service and accountability that most other apartment communities will provide. There are many new and impressive apartment communities in Carmel, IN. If you ask me, I say rent from Mezz 42. -Andrew B."
