Penn Circle Apartments

"I just moved into my second Penn Circle apartment and I could only ever have great things to say about this place. The management here is extremely kind and considerate and I feel extremely lucky to live here. The amenities are wonderful and Missy, Jennifer, and Judy hold wonderful events for the residents. Maintenance requests are solved extremely quickly. Unlike other apartment complexes, there is a real sense of community here. Thank you PC!"

"I just recently moved to Penn Circle Apartments. It has been the nicest experience. Missy Chorba in the leasing office was completely on top of everything. Everything was ready for me. The apartments themselves are really beautiful and well maintained. I love that it is a smaller community. The really large complexes in Carmel don't appeal to me at all. Highly recommend Penn Circle."

"I lived at Penn Circle for about 7 years. The staff was always quick to respond to any issue at hand. Maintenance usually fixed any request the same day. The "small town feel" here was my favorite part. Everyone knows everyone. It was like a family there. The pool is always fun in the summer. Hats off to Missy for always having a smile on her face! I love this place and recommend it to anyone moving to Carmel area!"

"I don't think my family and I could have asked for a better experience during our time at Penn Circle. Having done a cross-country move, Missy and Alexis were amazing and really went the extra mile to help us settle in and begin this new chapter of our lives. The community, location, and staff are all equally amazing. The few minor service requests we had to make were always taken care of quickly and with care. While our time at Penn Circle was short, we are grateful that we landed there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a long or short term apartment give Missy, Alexis, and the Penn Circle team a hard look."

"I have lived at Penn Circle for nearly a year, and I absolutely love it. I have lived in Indianapolis for roughy six years, and this is my favorite complex I've lived at. The units are beautiful, spacious, and have high-end features. The complex amenities are a bonus, and they've all received updates since living here. Parking is never an issue. But most of all, the staff makes you feel SO welcomed and cared for. Their entire team is extremely friendly and always eager to help. My only (minor) issue is that the walls are thin, but you'll get that with nearly any apartment. That said, I can't say enough good things about living at Penn Circle."
