"Maintenance is overwhelmingly helpful and extremely quick in handling any issues that may pop up. Every member of staff has been very welcoming and the location is great. ***Update 6/3/2022*** If I could add five more stars I would. My fiancé and I required a few accommodations with our unit and the property manager, Miranda, has exceeded expectation with every single request. We are really appreciative of both management and maintenance (Kurt from maintenance is one of the nicest people you’d ever meet) and this is a great community to move into."
"Where do I begin?! I have lived in several places and I have never felt so welcome until meeting Miranda, the property manager. She is professional, attentive, and very helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately and there's an easy to use app to put them in 24/7. Lots of parking, easy to walk to nearby shopping and dining. The price point is unbeatable for the location. Plus a BRAND NEW GYM is going in right now!"

Miranda goes above and beyond while making the move in process feel like it’s no work at all, she knows everyone by first name and makes you feel at home immediately!!! Freshly remodeled apartments, great location, walking distance from the Monon and to many restaurants!"
