"Used to be a great place, since new owners took over a few years ago they have been steadily increasing the rent I believe their intent is to force those who been there for years to move so they can increase their property by raising the rent to the standard rent prices across the country. There are no amenities here and what’s really sad? Is the new owners increased the price of their washers and dryer during Covid when people were struggling and losing their jobs half of the washers and dryers don’t work. The owner claims that he doesn’t make any profit off the washers and dryers because of maintenance cost I guess that’s true to a certain degree considering that most of the washers and dryers are used so they’re constantly breaking some of them don’t even dry properly even with small amount of clothes in there. The only good thing about this property is it’s near a bus line and near a shopping center other than that there’s nothing really special about this place if they maintain their building as much as they do their lawn, it would be a great place but it seems as though it’s more about Raising rent than fixing any issues with the buildings."

"I have lived here for 24 years the management is great their very good about answering calls and taking care of problems and mike the maintenance manager lives on the property and keeps an eye on the place like a watch dog he's an awesome guy I don't drive so I have everything I need rite here the bus stop is rite across the street theirs a super walmarts rite out my back door and 2 Kroger's in the nesr area not to mention a meijer not far away and the Walmart strip mall has all the meager stores in it like cvs marshalls dollar tree and 5 below the place is well kept and I'm happy to call this home thanks to having mike watching over us"

"I love my apartment I just got a 2 bedroom very clean everyone nice and it quiet been here almost 2 years doing a lot of upkeep in the grounds mantence is great very nice"

"lived there for almost 3 years because it was convinient at the time, the parking lot is poorly lit and floods when it rains. Maintenance can take more than a month to come fix anything in and one of them is extremely rude will get in your aparments with snowly boots and not even excuse himself. The heat is electic so grace yourself for a more than $160 heat bill on winter for a one tiny bedroom house, so dont let the low rent fool you, appliances are old school. the only thing i liked about this apartments is that its a gated community so i did feel safe. overall i was not very happy with korvette apartments."
