"Horrible. Dirty, tons of rats and roaches. Staff is unhelpful and does bare mimimum. There is so much drug activity, users, dealers, etc. Kids in the mix also. Just bad news all the way around."

"The rates were cheap and I know why. Roaches were in the room, loud neighbors. I had my cat with me and she found needles behind the dresser and was smacking them across the room. If your in need of a cheap place and you don't mind the roaches and element that stays there then maybe this place is for you. The rates change daily depending on who is in the office but I will say the housekeepers were friendly."

"Not a place for everyone. A roof, a bed, heat/air conditioning, shower, and cable with HBO is what you get. Tough times call for rough places but it beats dealing with the outdoor elements. This place is trying to turn it around. The Manager's, Steve & Ted are good people and do their best with what they have to work with. Miss Katt & Miss Robin are the best front desk ladies in the business. Miss Patricia and the other lady that works with her in Housekeeping, I believe her name is Linda, they always take care of the rooms with what they have to work with. A lot of people point their fingers blaming every single problem of the Hotel on these people but they don't own this hotel, they just work here. I've been forced into having to live here for awhile now so I know what these good people have to deal with every day and I bet they're not paid enough for what they endure. These are good people when you are good to them! It is what it is here at Victory. It's not great but it's not the worst either thanks to the effort of Steve."

"Everything about this trash motel is just that, trash. No wonder they wont give you a refund after ten minutes. They know their rooms are just plain disgusting. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay there. My room stunk, and everything had a stain or rip. There were spider webs cascading from the ceiling. There were holes everywhere. The heater was ancient and so loud. I can’t believe they have the audacity to charge $75 a night. Do NOT stay here! There was an inch thick layer of dust next to and under my bed. Not to mention cookies. There were dead bugs in the drawers. The bathroom mirror hasn’t been cleaned since 1965. I couldn’t even stay. It’s not worth it."

"It was…bad. The carpet was disgusting, squishy & sticky. I made my kids wear their shoes when they weren’t on the bed. The door looked like it had been beaten on by a hammer and so damaged there was a gap even when closed. The room smelled like smoke. Didn’t try the shower. The air conditioner did work, and they do allow pets in their “old rooms”. I honestly think $75 per night is way too high for the conditions."
