"I highly recommend not living here. The on site managers Bill & Jodi are the only reasons I stayed because their hospitality was amazing. The owners are absolutely horrible people. They don’t fix any issues only bandaid them. I am a single mother and they tried to sue me every way possible because I couldn’t afford it anymore and moved out. I recommend trying somewhere else."
"Holiday Manor East is a horrible place to live. The managers on site Bill and Jody are the worst. My fiancée and I have a 5 yr. Old son and we complained for 2 years about our air conditioner, it was making us sick so after complaining to corporate Bill put a new one in and shortly after we had gotten an eviction notice. I honestly recommend to people do not rent from them!"
"I went to see an apartment nothing special, they were working on it.Asked the guy if they have bug problems he casually says yes they have bed bug problems, roaches he says people bring them in but pest controll comes out.He said it's anywhere you go no I have lived in places with no bugs clean places based on that I would not move here."
