"The only thing the Sandhurst have that is great is the neighbors. Other then that they keep your money due too saying the carpet had to be replace, and don't replace the old carpet, I have a whole video of my carpet. Plus 2 people got killed and nobody saw nothing . I'm just saying"
"me and my family have been living at sandhurst apartments for two years when we first moved here management was wonderful Linda in the office. but the management and maintenance are horrible now. We put our rent in the drop box a week or two ago and some how they lost it and the management that’s there don’t care nothing about it and it’s sad but still want rent and etc once i reach out to cooperate things should be handle the right way"

"Sandhurst Apartments is my first home living completely alone. The staffs welcomed me with open arms and been very kind. I have no complaints about the upkeep on the property. The noise level in the building is great. Everything is completely perfect. Any time I have ever had an issue everything solved immediately. I’m obsessed with the fact that I have my own washer and dryer inside my unit. I love my home and I love everything about the apartment community"
"We have been living here for nearly a year and can't wait to renew our lease. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are well kept, and we always get a quick response from maintenance and staff. There is plenty of parking and it's located in a good area. The amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, indoor pool & gym, which sold the place for us. The only issue we've had is our slightly inconsiderate neighbors, which the complex can't do too much about. Otherwise, it's been a great place to live."
