"I moved out a few months ago after being there for almost 3 years. Lori in the office is so extremely nice and friendly. I truly do adore her. But the safety here is extremely concerning. My apartment was broken into over 3 different times. I've experienced people walking into the building without being let in or having a key because the door wasn't shutting and locking properly. My neighbors car were broken into and destroyed just a few weeks after my apartments got broken into. This complex desperately needs cameras outside for EVERYONES safety. Too many thefts have happened in too short of a time."

"Apartment searching and living at times can be very stressful, however, the management (Lori) and the maintenance team at Kelly Square Apartments do everything in their power to make your rental process and living conditions as comfortable as possible! As a first time apartment renter, Lori held my hand along the process and made sure I completely understood every step. After moving in, I have had a few minor issues (broken toilet and sink leak) that were completely resolved and fixed within 24 hours. If it is ever more than 24 hours, Lori or someone from the maintenance team has always given me a call to let me know when it will be done and why it can not be completed within 24 hours. I am beyond thankful that I have found Kelly Square Apartments, and wouldn't want to be living anywhere else right now."
"I love living at Kelly square! Management is super nice and really cares for your needs. It’s Nice and quiet here . They’re quick to fix any problems that occur. I absolutely love the price! Beats anyone else around. I’ve been here since September 2016 and I see myself here for many more years to come. 5 stars for sure."
"Laurie is seriously the most amazing and kind person I've ever known. She made the application process super easy and when I had to pull out of the lease because of financial reasons she was extremely supportive. I would highly recommended her and the Kelly Square Apartments to anyone!"
