"I have been here since November due to unfortunate situation and I must say this hotel has been my home away from home. From the time I checked I was treated kindly. I don't expect hotels to be 5 star but I must say this damn near close to it. I know everyone experience is different but mine has been great. The rooms are decent, like a real studio apartment. They help you out with complimentary dishes to cook and eat with, clean towels, tissue, trash bags...the whole nine yards lol. I almost didn't have to go to the store for anything. Now to the good part I am big on customer service. This has been one of the best places to give customer service. The assistance manager Ms. Connie is so nurturing, polite, and funny, I love her. Who doesn't want to stay somewhere that make you feel comfortable. Thank you extended stay. My fiance and I greatly appreciate you."
"Check in staff was very pleasant and check in process was very easy and quick. But from the moment I opened the door to the lobby till the time I left the hotel, the entire place smelled like marijuana. every hallway, the lobby, the room itself, all smell like marijuana. It was not pleasant. I didn't expect a 5 star room for the price I paid, But I thought the room was fair, at best."
"Excellent!!! Excellent management. Excellent maintenance. Excellent reception. Excellent cleaning. Excellent security. Excellent location. Building is in good condition. Rooms are maintained and in good condition. Restaurants within walking distance. My vehicle was not stolen/vandalized/broken into (Happens about twice a year to those of us who travel the nation for a living). They maintain a light breakfast cabinet for guests. Coffee, tea, muffin, granola, etc. Excellent. Thanks again."
