"I lived there for 18 years. They never fixed my air. Nancy is a horrible nasty person. I had a pacemaker put in a month before I was moving out I cleaned it spotless. Nancy took me to court. Tried to sue me for painting it and they had to put new carpet down so they were trying to charge me for that. The carpet was 12 years old. Never once did they paint the place. I put a lock on my bedroom door. Maintenance came inside my house without permission took the lock off my door and kept it in their possession. I put in a 1200 dollar sink vanity and cabinets in the downstairs bathroom. Nancy is a b****. I wouldn't recommend that place if it was the last place on Earth. Basement flooded ruined all my stuff I literally had to clean it up myself. 15 years later I am still sick from it."

"I lived here with my mother from 2008ish - 2015. Nancy runs a tight ship, but she is professional and KIND. I never saw her taking pictures of anyone as other reviews mention. That seems fabricated. She was always pleasant. There were never any issues with parking, and we never had anyone park in our assigned spot. The community is very clean, and quiet. The walls are a bit thin but that is to be expected pretty much anywhere (apartments/condos). The townhouse we rented was a 2 bedroom towards the back. The 2 bedroom had more than enough space, plus a basement with washer/dryer hookup, and central air. There were never any issues with pests, criminal activity, etc. Any maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. I LOVED LIVING HERE AND WOULD MOVE BACK ANYTIME!! GO SEE FOR YOURSELF! :)"

"This place is not a good place to live. I left an email with the manager ( Nancy ), that I was not happy and I was leaving two months prior from the end of my lease . I emailed Nancy stating that I moved, she said that the notice I gave was not specific enough and she was billing me for April ; I moved , they have the apartment back , I emailed Nancy in the middle of January, remember. The whole year experience was horrible. It is not a good place for children either . So if you don’t want to be ripped off and you want your children to feel at home , do not live at Kensington Townhomes in Roseville , Mi."

"I lived there for 12 years and it was nothing but a headache from the property manager (Nancy). The children could not even play without her pulling up on them taking pictures watching them. While they all ran screaming there's Nancy. Children should not have to live that way. I'm guessing since she may live there for free that she will not be going anywhere no time soon. Good luck on moving in there. I wouldn't advise my worse enemy to move there and deal with management. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!"

"Kensington Place is a nice community to live in, but it's not kid friendly. For the monthly rent and rude property manager (Nancy Alex) is not worth the aggravation. There is a Resident Handbook that each resident much adhere to. Kensington Place does not adhere to their own guide lines set forth. I moved out 2 months ago and received a bill for carpet replacement. Granted I lived there for 3 years. Nancy had a company of her choice clean my carpet for a lease renewal and the carpet was damaged. I immediately referred to the Resident Handbook about the move out provisions and nothing is stated about tenant replacing carpet. I sent a certified letter to the corporate office only to receive a response from Nancy stating my dispute was denied because of a forwarding address issue. I have not received a court date, but a letter stating that my account has been sent to a collection agency. I had a prior issue with Nancy about the refrigerator in my unit which lead to me contacting the corporate office. The corporate office manager never acknowledged my call. If you desire to move into Kensington Place, you will quickly notice how many of Nancy's assistances leave at a rapid rate because of her attitude. I always strive to look past differences with people, but in this case it's best to share my insight on Kensington Place and their integrity. Hopefully this review will entitle me to a phone call from the corporate office and not Nancy Alex."
