"Don’t lease here . The leasing agent Sue has a nasty disposition and attitude out of this world. If an issue arise or misunderstanding , she handles things in such a rude way; it rattles my nerves to the CORE. It’s time for a new face in the office. I would never recommend anyone and I mean ANYONE to live here. She’s incredibly rude it’s sickening. She talks to you like you’re a child . Please Don’t waste your time or money here. Things are always breaking, peeling off, falling off & no consistent hot water"
"I lived at PineGrove for a year and I’d like to express how wonderful management is. She was on point with everything, very professional and kind. I loved the apartment as well. My favorite part was having a washer and dryer in the unit and having lots of storage (there’s an attic). It’s pretty peaceful in the area...my neighbor that was right next to me was a lunatic but I never complained until I moved out and management said they wish I had said something sooner because what she was doing, they didn’t tolerate. My overall experience was great. I’d move here again. ☺️"
"I have been living here at Pinegrove apartments for six months. This my first apparent. But it's like a condo you have your separate interest. I love it here. It's soooooo peaceful and quiet. The office manager is awesome. So kind and about business. The maintenance man is awesome. I can't speak for anyone else experience but for me . I love it. Pinegrove gets two thumbs up."
