"Tammy and Anton are amazing here. They do such a good job. Tammy is always very friendly and helpful the very few times I’ve had an issue. Anton deserves a maintenance man of the universe award. That man is a perfectionist and does a beautiful job maintaining the units. When I moved in I was shocked at the level of detail he put into everything in my apartment. I’ve been living here for 3 years now and I don’t plan on moving any time soon bc they have truly made this complex my home."
"Twice a year rent and water goes up, I'm spending too much in rent, a house note is not 1144.00, things in my apt needs some attending too. I don't like the fact that we don't have a grace period to pay our rent without a high late charge. Maintenance guy Anton is awesome, Tammie is awesome."
"I just moved in recently. So far my experience has been great. Tammy, the property manager, is great. She’s very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Maintenance has been good so far. I’ve had 1 issue and they fixed it the same day I brought the issue up. It’s small but the one bedroom is perfect for a bachelor pad or for a young couple. I would only knock them on 2 things. 1. There is no pantry to store food in. All the shelves are spaced so closely together, boxes of cereal can’t stand up right in any of the cabinets except the one above the stove. The other storage space is ample though. Multiple closets and even attic storage. 2. I feel like the apartment was designed for someone 5’ 6”. I’m nearly 6 feet tall and can barely fit in the shower. Even so, I have to bend my neck all the way down for the water to hit the top of my head. But those are fairly insignificant issues. I’m enjoying my stay so far. It’s a nice quiet community and all my neighbors are friendly so far."
