"RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK I've tried not to leave a review. I didn't want to become an annoying tenant who complained about every little . However, when your concerns are valid it is okay to speak up. Yes, it is spacious in comparison to the other Townhomes that I've seen. On the other hand, it is becoming a headache. Today one of the cabinets broke and it could have fell on my head. In addition to the fact that we had a rough beginning and we have not been here long. In the beginning, the leasing office made an error on the lease. The leasing manager requested that we sign an amended lease due to their error. In which of originally agreed to with no hesitation but when we moved in the place looked as though it was barely cleaned, in which the carpet was filthy and so where the blinds. I had to rent a shampooer from Home Depot to clean the carpets and I have pictures of how filthy the water was. One of the toilets still have feces in the crevice the seat there had to be from the previous tenant. There are areas of the house such as the banister, the doors, and the bottom portion of the that look like they could use a coat of paint. The downstairs tub and toilet with back up when we first moved in. Along with one of the upstairs toilets. In addition to the place either gets really cold in the winter upstairs or really hot on hot summer days and you have to wait for the air from the vent in the living room between the living room and the kitchen to circulate throughout the entire townhouse. My DTE bill is atrocious. At first we were charged $25 for trash removal and we were told it was a set price then charge $26, 2 months in a row. I thought to myself well it must have went up so I gave you the past. Thinking it's just an extra dollar. This month we were charged $25, if it's $25 charge me $25 please do not cheat me out of my money I work very hard for it. Beforehand, I was charged for insurance that I turned in before moving in and when I first signed the lease. I had to contact them to straighten out that discrepancy. I really would like for this to go smoothly because it is really annoying and stressful. You pay so much money and to be treated as though you you are not valued as a tenant. If I'm not valued as a tenant what am I doing here. The situation with the lease, I had to consult a lawyer to get some type of legal advice because the leasing manager refuse to send someone over to look at our concerns. We had a few of these concerns such as the HVAC system, the flooding of the toilet and the bathtub, and the doorbell not working and the fact that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. We had to back and forth emailing and conversations over the phone before someone finally sent out to look at our concerns. In which, they never fully repaired any of them. We were told that the age of that system that's just how these units are. We're not the only ones complaining about it. I am fed up. Moving is difficult on the body and it's difficult because sometimes you things get damaged and misplaced but I don't think I can do a second year here. My plan was to at least stay 2 years may possibly longer and enjoy the place. The staff and their lack of care has ruined that experience I know that they're not going to try to make amends of this situation. They might write a nice response if they write a response at all. They may even say to call them. I don't know what I would be calling them for because I know whoever is on the other end isn't taking my concerns seriously and they won't actually address these issues. Not to mention the fact that the paint in this place is bubbling. If I turn on the heat the paint begins to bubble and there are cracks that wasn't there when we moved in about 6 months ago that's here now. I was told that someone would be in contact with us to tell me who was going to fix it. Needless to say I haven't had heard a word from anyone yet and that was over a month ago. Also I tried to let the blinds on the windows down and am I doing so the dry rotted stream broke."

"I had a good time on my tour. Valerie was was very helpful, she answered all my questions. I'm sadly looking for something different, preferably somewhere without carpet. Very nice place regardless."

"I'm writing on behalf of my elderly family member that recently moved from townhomes of Caswell, she enjoyed the large bedrooms and closet space. She found a rental all in one level that offered amenities that were important to her such as a dog walking area, pool, and ample parking."

"loved what I saw at Townhomes of Caswell, the landscaping was very well kept and beautiful. The office girls were very nice and polite with a welcoming attitude. The 3 bedroom rental was a great layout; Thank you Valerie, for taking the time to schedule me for the viewing. I did walk around through the community after the tour, a resident I spoke to did mention how slow to respond maintenance is which is a concern of mine."
