"Tene in the leasing office gets 5 stars for making sure my move in was smooth! She communicated well and worked quick. If you’re looking to move in, ask for Tene and you won’t regret it! My one bedroom apt is priced well at 1k compared to the other apartments in the area. You can tell the apartment is old but the updates in the kitchen and bathroom vanity are great. I live in the Quinn so kitchen storage space is less and there isn’t a microwave but there’s a lot of storage everywhere else, especially the bathroom! I gave it 4 stars overall because after moving in there were a few things that I needed to put in maintenance requests for right away like missing and inconsistent lights (yellow and white) in the apartment."

"-$1,350 is absolutely not worth all the garbage I put up with at this place. Especially not having a private washer/dryer -Car got hit twice in the parking lot while I was inside my apartment on 2 separate occasions and there's no cameras -I had to deal with gnats on my own because the exterminator would never come to my apartment (called about it probably 3 or 4 times) -Had to deal with flies which it took 3 weeks to get help from the exterminator -Management not very helpful -Getting charged an additional $100 on my rent even though the lease I signed says "additional utility fees: none" and when I confronted the office about it those fees disappeared. -2 Shootings -I requested a card key to get in the pool two or three times and never received one. So gave up on that. -I did a lease modification to take my ex off the lease and put my roommate on. Paid the fee. A few months later we went to the leasing office for something else and found out they never actually put her on the lease (i wanna say it was like 4 months later) even though we had emails back and forth and paid like $150 or so to change it. -my BIGGEST turn off...whenever there's a maintenance check they just WALK IN to your apartment. I was asleep alone once and a man just walked into my BEDROOM which was absolutely terrifying for a 23 year old woman alone in her apartment highly inappropriate and unprofessional -not all the units have AC and washer/dryer in the building but they charge the same price as the ones that do(found that out from a neighbor because we had AC in our unit) -washer and dryers always have electrical problems and are shared between two buildings... about 24 apartments sharing 2 washers and 2 dryers -Roaches coming out of the drains -before I moved the washers and driers went up $1 per load for each machine($2.75 for one wash and $2.75 for one dry and they're tiny. I do laundry only for myself and I usually had to do 2 loads for my clothes) So yeah. They look good on the outside but not worth the prices whatsoever. I lived here 2 years."

"Lived here for a little over six months. I live on the 3rd floor with a renovated apartment and pay 1535/month. Overall the apartments are on the older side and the maintenance is not very good. Moved in with a lot of things not done, like the dishwasher wasn’t screwed into the cabinets, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the bathroom fan broke within my first week. I had to speak to the apartment manager to get things done. The dog park floods a lot so you can’t utilize all the space, and the apartments themselves have some structural issues. The Floor, ceiling and walls are very thin so you can hear everything and I have seen the basements flood in other buildings since moving in, which contains the laundry room, storage and a small handful of apartments. The pool area kept getting closed for one reason or another, mechanical or chemical. One time it was closed for a few days because the security door broke. I’d say in total the pool was available for roughly 60% of the weekends during the summer. Some people must have complained because there was an email that came off as petty from the office manager, stating that the leasing office can restrict any amenity for any reason based on the leasing agreement. My buddy lived here 8 or so years ago and confirmed that these are the very same issues he had, the only difference is that it was 800/month and not 1500+ The value clearly isn’t there IMO, I’d look for other apartments for less, they have them in the nearby city of Maddison heights."

"Very friendly atmosphere. Family centered with a modern playground and two dog parks. There is a lovely swimming pool, including a wading pool. Very clean facilities. The apartments are roomy with nice natural lighting, usable balconies and cross ventilation. An excellent Troy elementary school is right next door easy to walk to as well as a pretty park."
