"Been living here for about a year now and don’t have many complaints! Maintenance and ownership are super responsive to any questions or issues. Move in process was very easy to follow and coordinate. Easy to pay and manage rent with the app. Very nice quiet apartments that are always kept clean and tidy on the exterior with the trash being taken out and grounds being kept nice. Definitely some older units and models but you get what you pay for! Is my first apartment and I would recommend to people looking to move out in Troy!"
"Years ago I lived at 2200 Crooks Rd Apt#51,Troy,Mi.48084. The place had bedbugs, I woke up with little bites on legs. Let Manager Linda,know.She lied to me,no bugs. if I knew never would have moved in.I was miserable.I ask her she apologized. Beware.Apt#51 .2200 Cooks Rd.Apt#51. Amber Apartment. Troy,Mi.48084. What a horrible experience."
"If I could leave no stars I would. The issues that I have had renting from Amber Properties Inc are simply too numerous to mention in a review. Do yourself a favor and take it from someone who has rented from them for a number of years, and rent someplace else. These slumlords do absolutely zero preventative maintenance and worse, they simply do not care."
"I don’t know where these people are staying with the complaints but my apartment is BEAUTIFUL!!! Been in a lot of apartments in my lifetime and the one I’m in now is by far the best apartment I could have ever asked for. It’s quite, my neighbors are quiet, no kids running around or dogs barking, nice fresh carpet, beautiful bathroom, and by far the cleanest apartment I’ve ever been in. I’m 2 months in right now so I’ll definitely update later down the road. So far tho, HIGHLY recommend"
