"0 out of 5 stars. On September 15, 2023, our company provided a notice to vacate to Joe Bricely at Regent Club of Troy. After a week of 0 feedback, I was forced to physically go to the apartment complex to talk to Joe about the early termination of the lease. He provided me with a sticky note that showed a breakdown of the lease breakage fee, etc. and said he would email an official letter of the move out and the breakdown. The letter was also to indicate the returned deposit amount. We paid the lease breakage fees including owed utilities as soon as it was posted to our account. Now 5 months, 5 MONTHS have passed and to this day, we still have not received our official letter or the deposit. I have called Joe Bricely multiple times and left multiple messages with another individual by the name of Kyle. I have sent a plethora of emails to Joe as well as an email to their General Manager, Dan Winitsky with no response or feedback. Completely unethical and unprofessional."

"I lived there for one year and moved out about 4 month ago. Right after I moved in, I could find something to be repaired, but something had not been repaired until I moved out. And, I haven't get back my security deposit yet. Their office is even not responding my call, email,,,"

"I have been a resident of Regents Club of Troy since July. I am very pleased with the progress the complex has made in the six months I've been a resident. Jackie, Joe and Jason are doing a nice job managing the business and the operation of the complex. Charlie and the maintenance staff are working hard on infrastructure items. Three months running with mid-week social events allowing the residence to meet their neighbors. Great idea!! At this pace The Regents the of Troy will be the talk of the town. Keep up the great work. Your collective effort is making a difference. Thanks for all you do. Steve- Building 4"

"I have lived at Regents Club of Troy for three years now and I have seen Property Managers come and go but none of the previous Mgrs can compare to our current Mgr Jackie Kelly! Our complex has gone through some major cosmetic changes like new roofs to real brick driveways it was to much work for our previous Mgrs and they left but not for Jackie Kelly she took on these responsibilities with an attitude to make Regents Club the number 1 apartment complex in Oakland County and she has definitely succeeded!!"

"We have been living at the Regents Club of Troy for over 2 years and we just renewed our lease for yet another year. Rent is definitely on the higher side but we continue to stay here for various reasons. 1. The building quality is better and the common areas are decently maintained. The management and concierge teams are helpful. They help accommodate our needs and fix issues well. Critical ones get fixed in less than a day or two; low priority ones could take two weeks or a month. 2. It's a calm and secure neighborhood (The automatic entrance gates need to be fixed though as they have been down forever). 3. The apartment is at close proximity to some of the excellent schools of Troy, restaurants, shopping centres etc. 4. It is one of the very few apartment complexes that come with an option of basement/covered car parking and an indoor swimming pool with resistance; both perfect for Michigan Winters. 5. The club house and the party halls are pretty good too. The main con I would say is that there is nothing much for young children here. There used to be a small indoor play area for kids, but they closed it down during Covid situation and it never opened again. It will be great if something is set up for children to get together, play and enjoy. It might also mean that more families with young children would consider renting a home here"
