"Living here for a bit more than a year, now I can say how good it is. Never had problems, the management is always responsive, and the maintenance team is super fast!! The apartments are modern and common areas are beautiful and always well maintained. Prices are not the lowest, but I believe that we pay what we have. My lease will end soon and I considered moving but I couldn't... doing a basic research on metro Detroit area I realized that it was not worth to go. Not sure how it is for families with kids... There is not much for children."
