"Should NOT even get one star. Surprised that with ALL the snow Traverse City got they did not start cleaning til 10:30 or eleven. Renters, visitors or people in Wheelchairs could not get out of their homes. Because sidewalks were NOT cleared. Or driving areas in or out of apts. This included it's been the ice capades. That they don't put salt down. Since now over a week. Doesn't seem right. When you pay rent and the facility or grounds are NOT taken care of. Big Hazard!!"
"Lived at these apartments for 2+ years. My rent was raised four times! There was every excuse why it needed to be raised, and although signs were posted that temporary raises during CoVid were not going to be added to your gross income, the manager wanted me to come in three months before the yearly re-accessment to redo my rental rates. The manager is intimidating and even called my work TWICE to get my income from them! When they do your income, they go by gross income, not taking into account your medical insurance, taxes, etc. that is taken out of your paycheck. She even made a comment how some people do not tell them how much they are getting back in tax refunds...of they go by gross, isn't that already taken into the income amount? I just don't believe the manager. If you're desperate, I understand living here, but I can't recommend as long as the same manager is there."
