"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. They did not reply to any correspondence regarding payment. They gave me 72 hours to prepay(no problems there) as I was arriving within the 72 hours and with no reply to my queries I thought pay on arrival. I arrived to find no front desk and no way to get in. I tried phoning the number on the door with no answer. I had to find other accommodation and they still charged me for a no show. I was not a no show they did not supply a room. BEWARE"
"I live 3 minutes away from the Gold Coast Inn, so I booked a room for my visiting sister there. Upon check in, we notice an abundance of ants everywhere, in addition to the excessive amount of debris/food on the floor. Reached out to the hotel several times/ways, no one ever returned a call or email. Instead they sent a very rude housekeeper to drop off 2 ant traps and offer to clean the floor, only after she argued with my sister about it being dirty when she arrived. This whole outfit seems super shady, especially the complete disregard for guests and their comfort. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional in all directions. Do not recommend."
