"House is amazing. Plenty of room. Games are great. The game room was a real treat. Everything I expected and then some. The only issue I had is we paid for pool heat but it was cold the first morning we were there. They sent someone over to fix it but we lost the first morning so that was bit upsetting. Overall the management and home were really up to par."

"The villa was beautiful and clean. We stayed at 2105 Pine Oak Loop (Nordic Nest). We had a great time in the villa with all the entertainment options. We did not need to visit a park. The pool/jacuzzi and games in the house kept us busy! I think it’s important to mention that the pool area and lounge chairs were in the shade all day (November). Some people might appreciate this but we would have preferred full sun. We had to lay out on the side of the house to get sun. We drove to Disney Springs a few times during our stay. It was a fairly quick drive there but the ride home was more than double in time due to traffic. Be mindful of the time of day you travel to the Disney area. I think it would be beneficial for Villatel to leave better brands for the sponges, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergents. This will allow things to be cleaner for the next guest. The budget brands do not clean well enough in the dishwasher and the sponge fell apart on the items trying to clean. A tip for guests, Target was close enough and cheaper than Publix. Highly recommend Villatel is you’re looking to enjoy the villa and sun, just be sure to look up the location on the villa to make sure you’re in the sun!"

"I stayed at one of their properties in Melbourne beach and we had a great time. First, the house was very spacious and had so many rooms and options of things to do for a large group. From the theater, with 2 arcade games, billiards and a shuffle board tables in the loft and of course the outdoor pool area were all so much fun and enjoyable. We never felt like we were on-top of each other. There were plenty of bathrooms and the rooms were cozy. We had the El Canto kids room, and it was so cute, with 6 beds in that room alone. The kitchen was well appointed, with lots of dining and silverware. The only thing that there could've had more of, were bigger pots, but we made it work. The outside area had a table/chairs, additional seating under the patio and had seating by the pool/jacuzzi area. We heated the pool, so it was enjoyable at all times; and the jacuzzi was nice. We had a few small things that needed maintenance, door not locking, etc. and they were always so quick to respond and were very respectful of our space. They only allow 2 cars to park in the driveway, but they do have overflow parking (they don't tell you about the overflow area when making a reservation, so don't stress about it like I did). We were situated between the beach and the river, so we had the best of both water worlds. All in all, we had such a great time at the property and the house was perfect for our family and meet our needs. We would definitely come back again!"

"My family and I had a marvelous time at Villatel. We stayed in the 10 bedroom 10.5 Hawaiian theme home. We enjoyed watching movies in the theatre room with the recliner movie chairs, playing pool and games in the game room. The children played in the pool for hours. For a change of scenery we went to Villatel water park in the facility. It was beautiful, clean, and photo-ready. I enjoyed the double refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, these really were convenient with a large group. We ate in and dined out. I will definitely come back again."

"We loved loved the house! Everything was great and the small issue we had got resolved. Customer service was very responsive to our needs which was very appreciated. This is a great place to reunite with family. All the games in the house were excellent and so much fun. Can’t say enough about the house and the great experience we had."
