"My experience with the leasing office has been extremely positive! Chris, Hannah, and Marlene are lovely, kind, and approachable people. However, the rent is concerningly high for the quality of infrastructure. Walls are thin and room spaces are small. Even though the staff here is great, as a student it is definitely tough to sustain long term residence at the current prices."

"Chris the “manager” is harassing people via text and then belittling them when they ask questions. No longer interested in living in a place where mgmt has the skills of a teenager. You work where people live I can only imagine how awful you treat residents stuck with leasing agreements."
"I have been living here for a while and although the gym and pool are nice, I don't think it's worth it to live here. The buildings are poorly built with thin walls and floors, and was put up in a rush. If you have to put in a maintenance order it will take them months to fulfill it, if they even fulfill it at all. Dealing with the property managers Chris and Marlene is extremely frustrating; If you have an issue they will ignore you until you eventually give up or it escalates and at that point, they'd rather evict you than deal with it. Even the people working in the office are unfriendly and unhelpful. They don't actually care about the residents that live here, they just want to make as much money as possible and if you have any issues, they'd rather just get rid of you so they can put in a new tenant and hike up the rent."
"University Pointe is an Awesome place to get your feet wet in Miami. Student friendly if you’re a people person and missed those dorm share conditions which I love. Great place to live, work, play and social."
