"I tried in 4 different opportunities to obtain information and take a tour of the model apartment, in these 4 opportunities the entire staff of the leasing office always gave me an excuse not to show me the apartment, the first because it was almost closing time, the second because I had to do a previous appointment, the third because I went with my sister and she did not have her ID and the fourth attempt because the manager was alone and she was not going to show me the model apartment. Well, let the owners of this property know that the least that the staff they have in the leasing office cares about is providing customer service and much less renting the apartments. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Lived here for a year & it caused nothing but health issues for my dogs and I. The air is moldy along with showers & kitchen. Really like the maintenance guy, I know it’s not his fault. This place can Invest way more money in its air quality for the price they charge for a 1/1. We’ve been moved out for a month, and my dog has already stopped coughing. I’ve stopped blowing my nose my every morning, along with my boyfriend. Price isn't even worth it. We found a 2/2 for same exact price, and we don’t have to pay for laundry or deal with mold. I asked for a new fridge because mine froze everything, & they brought me a used one from another apartment. All of a sudden, after 8 months of living there, I now had German roaches. Don’t live here, spend your money else where. Ps, as we were moving out, the bathroom & kitchen started to leak all over the floors, the timing was impeccable."

"It’s cheaper than other apartments because there are no washer,dryer(in unit) dishwasher , microwave. if your neighbors raise their voice you will hear everything. Some buildings have better views. The bathroom is inside the bedroom so it’s not comfortable for some guests to go inside someone else’s bedroom to go to the bathroom. Good things are the staff ,the view and there is no water bill ,the hot water is included (so electricity bill is low)and lot of restaurants in the area"

"Used to live here about a year ago. Was really great for awhile! My view of the water was perfect. It started going downhill after parking was a hit or miss. If you came after 7:30 forget it! The bathroom drains moved slower than syrup from the move-in. Office never did anything out it. Not to mention NO HOT WATER! Also the next door neighbor sounded like they had a whole movie theater and had the audacity to complain to me about my vacuum being too loud. Plus the upstairs neighbor had a daily workout that sounded like it was going to end up in my living room at any second. Spiders were everywhere! It was crazy. I was afraid to jump in the car at night because they’ll take over. What really made me move was the mold found behind everything. I complained to the office and no one answers. You have to literally show up to the office to be heard."

"We lived here for close to 2 years and I have to say we enjoyed almost every moment of it. It's expensive for the size yes, but so is the rest of the rental market in south Florida. Cameron Cove is perfect for students or a single person to call home in a great and safe location. There isn't anything you can't find within a 2 mile radius, however, the way the property is laid out coming home is very quiet and set back from a very busy University Drive. The front of the apartments face many small lakes and a golf course. Everyone always commented on our view. The neighbors are nice and the girls in the office are always professional and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to be different was the laundry situation. Community laundry wasn't so bad however they use reloadable laundry cards and if the office was not open and you had no money on the cards, there was no way to use the facility. Other than that it was a great place to start out until our little family expanded and needed more space. If you are looking for top of the line luxury this may not be for you, but f you want a place in a good location, plenty of parking and easy to maintain, this may just be a solid option."
