33 West Apartments

"After four years at 33 West, I've had enough and feel compelled to share my experience to save others from the same fate. Simply put, it's been a nightmare. About a year ago, we had a serious termite problem. I came home to find termites crawling all over my bed. It was disgusting, and management did nothing to help. The parking situation at 33 West is awful if you plan on having someone spend the night they have to pay $10 a night! I received a parking ticket one night for parking in a guest spot. It was late at night and I didn't feel comfortable parking two buildings away. I ended up getting a parking ticket and the front office did nothing to help and said I had to pay the $55.00 ticket. Now that we're moving out, we're having issues getting our security deposit back. They claim we never handed in our move-in paperwork from four years ago but we did hand it in how is it our fault that someone that worked there FOUR years ago did not upload it into our file? Bottom line: If you're considering living here, think twice. It's been a series of disappointments, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

"I just moved in here a few weeks ago and love everything about the property! The apartment itself is very spacious and cozy. The property is beautifully kept and has great amenities (big gym, not one but TWO pools, etc). The leasing staff is super friendly and very helpful...anything the residents might need, the leasing team is happy to help, they're awesome. Overall, this is a great property with wonderful people!"

"Been living here for about 5 months now and i am so happy i made the move. the management team made it really easy and are always available for anything i need. the maintenance team is amazing and work quickly. the amenities are really nice. we here there are some upgrades in the works so i am excited to see those. oh and love the food trucks and events. they really go out of their way to make it feel like a community."
