"I am only rating 5 stars because of the attentiveness of the staff. Specifically Karla. She has an encyclopedia like memory of all the guests and what we do. When I need something taken care of I walk to the office and go talk to Karla and it gets done. The grounds are also incredibly well manicured and taken care of. The maintenance requests are usually taken care of quickly. Occasionally the folks just never show up. But mostly good. The main downside is that the price just keeps going up and up. Also I wish they would enforce the rules about folks cleaning up after their dogs a bit more stricter. But you can only do so much. Long story short: Getting too pricy, BUT lovely grounds and Karla is incredible at her job."

"New man in charge of maintenance is doing a great job. Louie understands that some things need to be attended to asap."

"UPDATE: Sent email on 09/16/2023 per their request to address my concerns or for them to get more info and they never responded. What a joke. BEWARE!!! As a single woman, if you’re thinking about renting here, please DO NOT. I would like to begin this review by saying 10 stars for Karla. She is the assistant manager at this property and is one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve ever met. She should be the property manager. When I moved here in November 2022, I loved the community, it seemed safe, it was right next to the 595 and across the street has some restaurants if you felt like venturing out to grab a bite. Some days they had food trucks and others they offered treats in the leasing office and what I loved is that around Christmas, they had a community building activity where they supplied the wrapping paper etc and you were invited to come wrap all your gifts and meet your neighbors. The gym is quiet and clean. I LOVED living here. The apartment was not luxurious but it was modern and ideal for me. UNFORTUNATELY, at the end of July, things took a turn for the worst. Someone tried to get into my apartment 3 times in a space of 8 days. I reported each incident to the property, I made a police report after the second attempt because I thought the first was a mistake (because the person tried with a key) and when it happened for a 3rd time, I called the police and I left the complex immediately only returning with family and friends to pack and move out. 2nd and 3rd incidents - whoever came to my door just kept trying to force the door open perhaps with hopes that I accidentally left it unlocked. I BROKE MY LEASE!!! MY SAFETY and MY SAFE HAVEN was COMPROMISED. The lease does mention having to pay a 2 month penalty, however, I felt like given the circumstances, the community/company could have been more understanding. When asked to be let out of the lease, I was told, “ Unfortunately, we are unable to grant the resident's request to be let out of the lease. It's essential to note that in this case, no crime has been reported.” And FYI the lease says even in death, you are still responsible for rent. So essentially they don’t care about human life, just money. Karla was extremely empathetic to my situation so 10 stars for her. However, Sue Acuna, the property manager was unwilling to move me to another apartment citing the rent is much higher than when I moved in. I was already in a contract with them for 15 months so why not place me in another unit and rent my newly refurbished apt for the going rate? In a final attempt to honor my lease I tried reaching Armando Vieira who is the Area, VP for Bainbridge. He was non-responsive. He eventually responded saying he’d speak to Sue but again did not follow up with me. I submitted my termination of lease as it was 7/31. Failure to provide written notice meant I’d either have to pay rent for another month for an apartment I’m not living in (because I was packed up and out in 3 DAYS) plus the penalty (3 months total) or just incur the penalty (2 months) because who knows what Mr. Vieira could have offered. Had Armando taken the time to speak to me and offer me another unit, I was willing to rescind my termination and resume paying my rent in full. However, the lack of customer service meant the conversation was never had. Additions to Note: 1) your rent includes monthly pest control but they only come over when you submit a request and 2) Valet Trash is also part of your rent and when you do make a call back, the trash company gets upset. Nevertheless, I’d call them back as needed since this was a service I was PAYING for. Nobody was doing me a favor."

"Moved out of place early, paid all ridculous fees. They also tacked charges on my account after I moved out that I never knew about and then issued me a refund check without taking the charges from it . They never contacted me or the other 2 persons on the account about the debt, and sent me to collections! I have been arguing for months about this. Not worth living here."

"It’s not exactly a good experience to live here. Unfortunately for school and work reasons I have been living here for more than 7 years, about a year they change the administration and everything works worse, but you will see about 300 dollars more per year in your renovation. difficult to find where to park, the bad smell of garbage in the corridors and the garbage in the corridors is recurrent, the two main gates have not worked for months and in addition to that if you try to get a quick response from maintenance or in the offices they will only tell you that those things were possible in the past administration. You cannot sell this as luxury homes and exceptional living when reality is different"
