"Worst experience of my life embarrassing place to take a woman for a night of love making hey they had bags over the smoke thingys missing cabinets tv was faded out struggling to produce something on screen. It was stanking in the room I heard dogs barking in the halls and it smelled of fried chicken in the halls. The key didn’t work upon arrival they had to change batteries in door. Tub was dirty water came flying out faucets like It was a water park! I’m just over it"

"The people here are crooks. I have been here for a while. My company is paying the hotel to keep me working in the area. One weekend they forgot to pay. I got called by the front desk Sunday morning to go up and pay for that night because my company had only paid up to Saturday night. I give the receptionist my personal credit card and I pay for one night. I get the receipt for one night. I check out the following morning. I get relocated to a different area and never go back there. A few days after, I check my credit card and notice I got charged for two more individual nights! I am still waiting for a refund but customer service is just as lousy. I will never go back there again. It’s bad enough there are cockroaches all over the place and stink of tobacco and weed."

"Day one here it’s not looking good. Moving in to the 3rd floor and the elevator doesn’t work so I park j at the end by the stairwell and that door is broken so I had to carry everything in through the office and all the way to the end then up 3 flights of stairs. Now I just went grocery shopping and again have to carry everything around the hotel and upstairs and I go ask for a kitchen set that every extended stay I been at gives u. Not here u have to purchase them. I have to have it so I will buy it. They don’t have any right now. So I have 200$ in groceries and nothing to eat or cook with. Now I have to do laundry on first floor and elevator is still broken. Idk if I will last 3 months here"

"They kidnap kids. They have scammers and hackers around. No security. Everyone working is being paid by the dark web to harass and scare normal working Americans. All staff should be investigated for violating the privacy policy and not having a safe and secure establishment. There’s a lot of fraud in this establishment as well. Customer service is not provided"
